I am passionate about working with women and couples in the ever-changing seasons of their lives – single, married, parent, career, etc – and the balance of having many roles and hats we wear in relationships while also staying connected to our own hearts and needs.
I focus on the mind-body connection using treatment interventions that unburden painful thoughts and beliefs that may be stuck in the body and may also be released as physical symptoms.
Even if no physical symptoms are present, these mindfulness practices are helpful to unlock negative beliefs, trauma, grief, perfectionism, people pleasing behaviors, and unwanted habits that may be buried in the subconscious brain. Mind-body awareness helps connect us to our feelings and awaken the places we may be in stuck in relationships or during times of crisis or transition.
