Hello, my name is Mariah Mullins. I am a LPCC here at Anchored Hope Counseling. I am from Jenkins Kentucky, where I currently reside with my husband and fur babies. I am an alumni of Jenkins High School (2010). I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. I received my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberland’s. I have been with Anchored Hope Counseling for five years and counting. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and other stressful circumstances and situations.
As a counselor, I provide services for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide a personalized approach for each individual given the stressors they are facing. By listening to your concerns, symptoms and challenges, we will identify your strengths and find new ways to cope with life experiences and reconnect with yourself.
I am here to provide a safe space where you feel heard and accepted. I am open-minded and non-judgmental. My goal is to make every client feel comfortable. I am here to support you in recognizing feelings and find the courage to be your true self. I would love to work with you on finding balance and joy while helping you grow and create positive change.
